It doesn’t always happen, but whenever I reroll Sylvanas the game free reroll will disappear but the hero portrait won’t change. Then the game freezes, the reroll beneath Sylvanas goes dark and the free reroll appears below the other three heroes circled in green, then the game freezes again and crashes.
