When I unlocked the Malygos skin in the Battlepass, I had disconnected from the internet due to the weather in FL. It contentiously shows a “!” on my collection for the skin but it is locked to me still, I have tried swapping devices and triple checked the season rewards section to see if it was unclaimed.
I claimed the skin in the battlepass and it does not show up, and it is stuck with the “1” as if i have one new unlock i have not opened. Tried on several devices nothing works. LMK if you found a fix
I also have this problem. It has a 1 in collections, and shows the default Malygos skin as “Favorite,” but there is no other option. If I go into the “unowned” section, I can see the skin I supposedly have, but it’s greyed out.
I have the exact same issue.
I have contacted blizzard 3 times and this is now my second forum post about it. Have gotte nothing but radio silence.
