They need to be removed from the tribe pool until they can be reworked. They’re absolutely breaking the game and dominating every lobby they’re in.
Goldrinn (Wolf) buff needs to be reverted. It should only apply to the minions on the board when it dies, not for all summoned beasts too.
Banana Slamma should be tier 6.
Hawkstrider should be removed or moved to Tier 7.
Not that it matters, but I’m at 7.1k rating atm, so I’m not terrible at the game.
You can concede every game with beasts in. Noone is forcing you to play a lobby with beasts.
If you play with an MMR that high then it is no wonder you meet players who know exactly how to play a tribe. Beasts are strong but Boars are stronger in my opinion.
Last time I played beasts, I was consistently making 250/250+ mechaponies and multiple 500/500+ octosari tentacles, and I still lost to a guy who had 1000/1000+ divine shielded mechs.
There is definitely other broken stuff in battlegrounds.
Has people posting before me has said, every tribe has a “game breaking” build if you high roll. That’s all Battlegrounds is about . . . high-rolling.
I’m curious what the “high roll” with Beasts is
They have a solid early/mid/late game with small chances to lose health. The only high rolls I’ve seen is bad combat RNG. Yes, you need to find specific units to survive the end game, but finding them is more like finding rewinder for Demons, whereas high roll, to me at least, is more like finding Brann while playing Murlocs.
I cannot seem to find the key minions needed for any scaling of any tribe lately. I can usually get my board to the high teens low 20/20s by combat 10 but I am usually being taken out by ungodly 100+/100+s minions. I might get a single golden minion the entire match recently as well. Its really disheartening that I see someone rocking the Wolf/Chicken/Mechbeast/Tentacle/Bear/Banana by like the same time…; I might get lucky and have found the mechbeast with a rat or the reborn giver… but they got all those and multiple ar both golden and have reborn as well… Like I cannot fathom how people are getting both the impossible to find minions as well as 3 of them…AND they reach tier 6 on that breakneck speed… it just isnt something I can reproduce or even come close to emulate trying… I get luck of RNG is a thing I cant do anything about but ffs Im breaking my nexk trying to be tier 5 by combat 10 or 12…and trying everything available to me to scale but Im seeing quillboars in the multiple hundreds and when i go boars its hard enough to even fill my board with boars at all (without other players even going boars at all so it isnt a too many people grabbing them all thing going on) by that same time. I dont even encounter the blood gem modifying ones at all anymore. Like they are not in any tavern refreshes even if Im not playing boars, they just dont appear ever.
Beasts are an extreme high roll in end game at this point. They are nowhere near as oppressive as they once were. That said when the high roll comes you basically play for second place or hope to get some lucky hits.
Most of the time they aren’t randomly using the reroll button and hoping to find a third tier 5 or 6 minion. In most cases they are using a shortcut or some mechanic to target find it or just duplicating it in some way form hand or board. Undead is probably the easiest once you find a Liche.
I get Goldrinns from using Brann plus Dragon that gives you card from last opponent and playing repeat Battlecry spell.

So I assume everyone EXCEPT me has the win the game units, and prepare to steal opponents better stuff every game where it is possible.
You know and have been told what you could do, but you refuse to do anything about it but complain.
Either strive to be better at the game, or I highly suggest walking away from it because it isn’t an auto-pilot type of game except the combat
The thing is, that if you try to do divine shield mechs, you most likely fail and die before you get anywhere close to that point. They sucked until this patch hard, because they needed several turns to get even to the level to be decent.
Meanwhile deathrattle beast comp can be created instantly, if you have on board random beast trash, you basically need 2 minions to have close to end-game board (wolf+titus). And you upgrade it hugely with each “extra end game unit” by 100/100.
That is kind of the issue - you find it, you are TOP4. You manage to upgrade it? TOP2. You manage to golden it? Most likely winner.
If you find the same setup (4 golden minions for mechs) you still need to wait 10 turns to grow to kill those beasts.
I dont mind these games I dont find anything - I go for 4th-5th spot and pray, sometimes ending 6th-8th. It happens, you cant always be in TOP4.
The issue for me is, that when I have good build, everything is ready to scale and I meet those even stronger, who manage to make minions tripple my size and I end up 4th.
My last game I had 4 minions with 190+HP (2 of them >350), entire board with 100+ attack, cleave with 150/350 and I ended up shared 3rd. That is painful.
Game before I had 5 70/70 or higher dragons, great scaling, tons of spells generation, and I ended up 7th - I met 2 huge guys ,who had bigger board, great attack order and they killed me from 30 in 2 turns.
So yeah, when the game ends when it is turn 10 and I found nothing, it is OK for me. Happens. But when I am ready to scale for 1st place and end up being shared 3rd or even 7th, that is painful.
Beasts are having a tough time in this new meta. Quest make everything possible against all types of builds. It’s really hard to say what is the best tribe ATM when you throw quests into the mix.
I honestly dont know what you are referring to. I have no memory of such thing as far as “what I refuse to do” that you are stating. Thats on me as I dont remember a lot of things. But just because you remember telling me something does not in any way mean I will remember it. So dont presume that I “know” a thing. I dont “know” how old I am until I bust out a calculator any and every time Im asked. (It is always a surprise unfortunately).
So it is more accurate to say "I have been told what I could do, I also complain. " There is no refusal and no etched in rock “knowing” of anything related to what I have been told or what I could do.
Also, I wouldnt be on the forums complaining if I wasnt striving to be better at it. Thats the entire point of complaining here. To get a small amount of consensus on what I experience with anyone else that experiences it too, and to gain tips and tricks on what Im complaining about. Otherwise why even come to the forums unless I were like the clone or the guy that posts the same exact “bug” when he is dc’d and refuses to accept any other option. Them be trolling.
Now I know Ive been here a while and theres been a lotta discussing of the game by me and others. But to remember all of it, out of the question. Some of it, that is possible. A little bit of it, thats most likely. I dont have a savant memory like others here that can recall the names of cards like they are Data from TNG where there would never be any question as to if he knew the names of the cards. Im a flawed human. Im squishy watery meatbag human.

Last night, I completely wrecked an opponent using the traditional beast comp, plus the buffed spawns with the scarabs.
I had Snicker Snacks quest, Drakari, triple felementals, two peckish, young murk eye, and the new tier 6 windfury mech.
Just my windfury mech was maybe 600 stats, with peckish each in the 1000’s.
He ended up ditching his comp for venoms in a final bud to take me out but he didn’t have enough.
I see you are taking the low road and not even willing to engage in a genuine discussion about what you even alluded to. I can’t remember things. That isnt trolling. Callimg me one when it isnt true, despite what you think is true, doesnt make it so. Even if it is only “to you” it is still wrong.
