When playing Battlegrounds, I have 25 Banked Missions, but the second and third slot are saying “Come back in 2 days” (AKA the weekly refresh). Only the first slot is refreshing. Has the functionality been changed since passed seasons where Banked Missions would refresh all three slots, or has that since been changed to only refresh the first slot now?

I have the same problem. I have 20 missions banked but the 3rd slot is teliing me to wait for 6 days. Any update?
Did you find a solution. It’ happening to me as well - third slot.
Same issue for me–I’m trying to grind out the rest before tomorrow and its not fixing it. I’m really worried I won’t be able to complete it.

Keep trying. At the very least you can get most of them, although I plan to complain and escalate this if I am not able to complete the whole pass due to a bug which appears to be there for weeks.
i’m at about 21/40 right now. gonna be reeeeeeeeaaaaallly stressful lol. I’ll follow up/support your other bug reports if I can. I had 23 banked missions today so there should be no issues iwth this.
