Battlegrounds Animations

Chill out with the animations for crying out loud. Legitimately causes player retention to go down/you’re losing money, spending money to create these. BattleGrounds card battle animations are “reeeeeeeeeeeeeeddddddddddddddiculously” SLOW, over animated for the type of damage they represent. In no way balanced across the different hero classes. Unnecessary for the actual game itself. Most agree they suck

dont get me wrong, have you good internet signal? idk sure may be speed of all things its personal, if you mean battle minion speed, well never thought it like slow. Brightness disturb me yes, poor eyes and with beasts literallt you dont see anything just white/yellow animation al the time and never knows what happen xd.
sure animation cant be super fast cause I suppose people woulf like to see the battle itself, not just final. you are lucky if you are disturbed only cause youo think that 10 seconds will save your day xd really, if its a problem ) have a nice day -)

Huh? It’s a huge problem. Play against undead or beasts in a battleground. If you want a turn late game you’ll need to restart your client every round. It just feels really bad that restarting is the best solution, never played a game before where to increase my performance I had to turn it off.

yeah well, just had a game with undeads… sometimes its really slow, I mean not all animation is slow in BG, they have different speed. Some are ok but some ueah. So even may be its ok if we had time after this to move cards…eternity BG problem… so that time after all we had 6.!! only 6 seconds for move cards, its imposible… So if all this calculated and we see only animation, can it be calculated that way that players had as minimum 30 seconds for move their cards at least?
and well …even with slow animation its like thgey have orden first 1 players animation works and then another, yeah so like double time

yeah man, you are right, animations have different speed, some are ok and no need accelarator, another are to slow, yeah no problem if payers will have enought time for their turn

The use the animations as a way to balance and limit apm strategys.

I could not believe this at first either but that really seems to be the case. There is no reason such simple basic animations need cause so much lag. Its not like its generating a 3d first person vieuw world. They make them take long on purpose to limit the actions you can do,as a way to balance apm strategys.

The are referencing BG, where animations don’t really do anything for your APM. That said, it really isn’t a huge problem for most players. It might be for the OP, I’m sure it is for some people. But not for most.
