A couple of days ago I took 2nd place with Zerek, Master Cloner, but didn’t get the achievement “Reach top 4 or higher…”.
Today I got Top 3 with Exarch Othaar and got achievement “Finish in 1st place…” 
Something is clearly wrong with the achievements in Hearthstone.
