My Choral Mrrrglr card did not activate.
I had a minion with 200/200 stats in hand, but Choral Mrrrglr stayed 7/7 and was killed by my opponent’s Razorfen Vineweaver with Rally on the first attack.
From my understanding, Start of Combat effects should always trigger before any attacks, including Rally, but it didn’t happen here. Am I wrong?
If your opponent was illidan then his hero power is a start of combat effect that triggers before any other start of combat effect
Said effect being to attack immediatly with his most left and right minions
If his hero power allows him to kill one of your minion with a start of combat effect, then it prevents it from triggering
Happening all the time. Rally minions attack before start of combat triggers and this is ruining almost every game. Plus the game is waaaaay to fast, I am currently at 6k rating, half of the loby is dead before they reach tavern 6, often tavern 5.
I doubt that it does actually happen all the time, the issue would be much more reported for such critical interaction between 2 omnipresent mechanics
That’s normal, not everyone is supposed to reach tavern 6 in the game…
