Hello. I contacted support regarding a bug I experienced, and they suggested I post here. I’ll be c/ping (and slightly editing) the text of the ticket i sent them.
I’m a regular player, been playing since GvG regularly. Thus I completed every single reward track. Obtained every reward track hero portrait I could, then new ones got released, started obtaining those too.
Where is the problem?
During Alterac Valley I didn’t play too much, just did my dailies. Thus, I didnt complete For The Alliance questchain that was present, which rewards Golden Drekthar and another of reward track portraits. Thats been on my mind for a while, so I finally decided to grind it out with a Vanndar deck. Where does the problem start?
I just got the achievement thats supposed to unlock a reward track portrait (Battlefield Master) - but the problem is, I already have all the portraits from that specific series, thus I cant claim any of them. Thus the achievement notification is still marked as unread, and the little ! pop-up wont go away, and I cant do anything about it. Its literally just there, and if it doesnt get fixed, it will be there forever.
Any way to resolve this? Can I somehow just get one of the newer reward track portraits?
