This bug exists since 10 days on mobile devices.
Whenever you play battlecry minion which target another minion for buff,curse,debuff etc , red arrow not appear nd game doesnt let you to play this card.
It is normal this kind of bugs can happen ingame but it is totaly making players frustrated nd hate. It is really unfun playing on mobile. Only doing daily quest nd nothing more.

i played on mobile the last few days without any problem with battlecries
Having the same issue as well, havenāt been able to play ever since last big update. I am playing on an iphone xr and even made sure ios was updated and even uninstalled and reinstalled game with no luck. This is starting to get really frustrating because there is no way to contact blizzard directly (every time i try it directs me to forums instead and i have wrote 3 post so far about it) its getting to the point where i might just delete all together but i have put years into this game 
blizzard needs to stop dragging their feet on this.
Same Problem Since the Last Update . There are a lot of Post Here about this Problem but no answer at all

On ios mobile I have same issue since the last biggest patch. Please fix this and hear us out!

It is not only ne. Tons of topic exists regarding same issue.
Most probably u re not aware of that , battlecry effects working properly no problem. For example you can throw dustbreaker to deal 3 damage whole board.
We re getting trouble with battlecry minionās target effect. For example we cant play ābattlecry:deal 2 damageā minion ingame. No arrow appears to choose actual targetā¦

No need for any more clarification. If you are affected by this bug you know what it isā¦ And you basically described it perfectly. You canāt use battlecry minions which need to target a minion because no arrow appears and it cancels the battlecry. Insane that this is still not acknowledged.
This is really really really frustratingā¦ just downloaded an update for hearthstone and STILL cant play!!! Lost yet another game because battlecries donāt work!! blizzard seriously fix this or your gonna lose a player of several years on this game alone!!!
I have had the same issue on my Samsung tablet for almost a month. Found other posts where people have the same issue, commented on them and just hoping it would be noticed. Red arrow effect does not work at all in Play mode and it works about 1 in 10 times when I play Battlegrounds. The game is technically unplayable on tablet.
Just drop the minions THEN draw the arrow. They changed the way it works with the Silas update, i was as stuck as you guys until i found the trick in annother topicā¦
