You need to open a support ticket for that, forum users won’t be able to help you
You can check your purchase history on the website to verify on which server you purchased the battle pass
If it were bought on the wrong server, you should be able to ask for it to be transfered to the correct one
And if it is correctly purchased on the correct server, or absent from your history, it’s still for the support to manage this issue

Make sure to verify your Order History via the link they provide
Then click on contact us, fill in a maximum information. The order ID you recover from the history (the first letters indicate on which server it has been delivered). If there’s no order of such in your history, indicate your transaction number
I don’t know why the only 2 options of product type are “Expert packs” and “New hero” but this shouldn’t matter much
