Yesterday, I get “Barov, le parieur” (in french) on the 7th level from Battleground season gift.
But I didn’t saw it in my Heroes library (see on this vidéo : https://youtu.be/TreCbMx8ko0?feature=shared )
Can you explain why !?
I restart the game today, and have the same issue.

You need to select show all to see it.
for some dumb reason, they created a skin for a hero that’s out of rotation right now, so you have to select Show All & then find Lord Barov

I have an issue. I got the latest Barov skin for Battlegrounds, but when I tried to look up Barov, it read “No Results” and when I hit “Search All,” it shows all the skins so far for Barov in Battlegrounds, but underneath just says “Resting.” Blizzard, what the hell is going on with your game.
Sme heros are deactivated for some periods of time and Barov is currently one of them.
Not really smart of them to add one of the first free skins of the expansion to an unplayable hero I aggree. He will return at one point.
