How do i get the hidden buff for Baron Rivendare that buffs him with “under no circumstances can this minion be attacked by any minion with more attack than this minion’s HP”. I see it all the time. I play Baron and he’s dead just as soon as my taunts are down but I can’t kill him unless he attacks me. It’s maddening. Happens EVERY time. EVERY TIME.

You get that buff by understanding the concepts of variance and confirmation bias. Or by taking a statistics course. Take your pick.

The clearest answer is you play better by buffing your baron.
I once kept track of it for a while. Out of 26 battles in which the max amount of enemy Taunts was 2 (often even 0), 25 battles I failed to kill Riverdare by an attack of myself (either I lost and it remained on the board, I won and it was the very last minion I killed, or it died solely because it was its turn to attack).

there was also a hidden nerf, seems like 2 games the game pooped deathrattle beasts in my hand was also the 2 games where a single rivendare never showed up

1 out of 7 chance of hitting him. Down to 1 out of 3 chance of hitting him…it’s going to happen…Hitting him 0% of the time. Don’t think that’s going to make sense in any stats course. Hidden buff. How do i get it?
