The fact that a company worth as much as Blizzard is, is unable to eliminate bot accounts that totally destroy the enjoyment of the game for everyone is an absolute embarrassment.

Those are examples of my last three opponents. Each of them had broken decks, clearly created after many retires with farmed gold from bot accounts. I have had this account since the beta, I never retire. I play each deck out to the end, so there’s absolutely no reason why I’d be in a barcode queue.
I am sick of this game. If you’re unable to identify and ban accounts that are farming then simply put, you’re totally unfit to run a game. Retire. Go take up shelf stacking as a job because clearly you’re in over your heads operating a gaming company.
You’ve made Arena, a once awesome game mode into an experience akin to having a prostate exam with a baseball bat. Good job. Maybe considering actually fixing the issue instead of sticking a bandaid over it. If you could do that before the entire playerbase leaves that would be a bonus.
