its been 4 days since I claimed the 2 packs from the drops section from twitch but i did not get those packs when i logged into the game and still have not. Why is this happening
Same here,
I claimed the packs around 11PM (CET) of saturday and still didn’t get them in game.
All other drops were received as soon as I logged in.
I heard on reddit that there was an issue with badlands drops, can we have an official response or are we going to give up on those two packs entirely?
There was a offical reply from blizzard that if you claimed the packs very early you didnt get them. But that you will get them before the new expansion launches.
So just sit tight and wait for it and they will eventualy come. Im missing them too.

The only downside is I can’t log in to NA servers (which I occasionally do) if I don’t want to risk getting the pacs on the wrong region 
Hi guys, I didn’t get them either. I was told to mention it here in the forum from hearthstone game master so I am. I didn’t get them and got all the packs except badlands once’s.
It seems idd when you collect them early and fast there is a problem. My dad did the watching and collection a day later and did receive them.
Hope we still get it
