Bad Habits that players, new and old, need to watch out for

In Battlegrounds Duos, I’ve noticed players making game losing mistakes. I will list a few here, and please, feel free to add to this list.

Don’t pass cards during the rope timer, last minute, to your teamate.

It tends to mess up the cards order. They might miss that, crucial, ‘last minute’ play!

Passing is great, as long as you do it early, and not obsessively.

Don’t take the same tribe as your team mate.

I know, I know, sometimes ya have to, because they chose the exact tribe that happens to have your win condition.

Still, it’s better to go with another tribe, so that you don’t soak up all of the cards in the tavern that they might be looking for.

Watch your gold.

Might not seem like a big deal, but if you pass back and forth all day, you’ll never have enough gold to get your win con.

So, don’t overtax your partner with a bunch of quick, last second, passes (unless you’re sure that they are stuck, or done spending gold).

Never try to pick your team mate’s hero. Never.

Just don’t do it. I don’t care if they’re a total noob, it will only serve to tik them off, making them an instant liability.

They will retaliate in some creative and inventive ways, just to make your game miserable!

Finally…

I don’t care how good you think you are; if you deliberately manipulate others, without a care in the world, for your partner’s learning experience, you’re not fit to play in Duos.

Happy Hunting!
