When you have the effect on the buff, now the legendary minion from azeroth champion cost 1 mana and card generated by the hero power cost also 1 mana and all card generated who was reduce somehow cost also 1 mana.
Before the MAJ that was 0 mana because the texte of the card said reduce the cost of X.
