I have automatic complete of all the adventure with every class in all of the dalaran adventure. Before the update , i completed with only 1 class. The gamemaster from blizzard say he can’t delete progression !
This is purely a visual bug, as explained in the Known Issues topic. Your actual progress is still being tracked correctly, just not shown correctly.

Reckless Experimenter Changed Card notification does not appear on login. The card will provide the correct amount of dust when disenchanted.
