Athletic studies discounts two rush minions

Hello,

While playing in Arena, I played Athletic Studies discovering an Imprisoned Vilefiend whilst having another Imprisoned Vilefiend in hand. In the same turn, I could play one discounted Imprisoned Vilefiend. In the following turn, I played the second Imprisoned Vilefiend which was also discounted to 1 mana.

I do not know if this also works for other copies of rush minions of which one is discovered by Athletic Studies.

Thanks, that is clear for sure, Athletic Studies gave you an Imprisoned Vilefiend, which you played on turn 2 for 1 mana, on turn 3 you played the Kargath Bladefist which was in your hand, for 3 mana (instead of 4). Opponent only played hero power on turn 2. It does not get any cleaner than that.

It must be the fact that the Vilefiend goes dormant which means the mana discount remains in effect.
