Hey,
Whenever I click on arena, I can hear the music change but screen stays on loading mode. I can also click on few things that would be inside arena tab too, but the loading menu stays. Can’t click on start arena run or anything useful inside the arena. Can’t click on other menus either, except options and friends tabs. This issue is only for EU servers, Asia and Americas arena works as it should. The issue is also on mobile. Every other mode is working as expected.
The problem has been there ever since arena update.
Tried to fix the issue with:
- Reinstalling hearthstone
- Deleting cache and temporary files
- Restarting PC
