Hi, mainly Arena player here.
Hearthstone through its history progressively decreased degree of randomness of cards’ output. I see this as a good thing, which makes skill (at least sometimes) go ahead of luck. In this topic i would like to talk about card that got into Arena since comeback of WOTOG. “Servant of the Yogg-Saron” in back days was funny little card that occassionally could generate you some decent value. Nowadays however, there are tons of 9-10 mana game-warping spells it can hit. I lost a game having very good deck because Servant coined on turn 4 summoned 3 5/5s (that’s even better than DK cards!), i won a game having poor deck because Servant summoned army of undeads, etc. I feel like this card doesnt fit current HS gameplay and see simple solution to this problem that wouldn’t affect any constructed formats. Please, make Servant always cast 5-cost spell.
Beside that, do something with DK please. You talked about introducing new arena format in last anniversary stream. I interpret this as desire not to completely abandon this format. Right now, dk cards are too strong for arena.
