I’ve played around 10 runs of Underground Arena, and every time I get a reward, there is a discrepancy between the packs you’re supposed to get for a tier, and the actual packs that you get for a tier. For example, I just finished an 8-win run, and I got 4 packs for the reward but when I went to open the packs, I only had 3. This is not just a visual bug, you only get 3 packs to open. I’ve lost multiple packs since the update because of this bug. It needs to be resolved and compensated asap.
You’re assuming the bug is in the actual packs received (3).
But the bug could be in the displayed packs (4).
I believe 8 wins always awards 3 packs, plus either another pack or a few hundred dust.
Did you get the dust? If so, then I believe 3 packs is the correct reward.
Are you sure it showed 4 packs as the reward? The fourth pack wasn’t shown as part of an either/or combination with dust?
Rewards for 8 wins are
2 tavern tickets
2 packs
1 pack
1 pack OR 2 packs OR dust
If you got 3 packs then you also received dust
4 packs is only guaranteed at 10 wins
