Im just going to copy/paste my original problem ticket here.
I cannot get into arena. Any time I click it- whether in mobile or on my PC- it just spins the logo and does nothing else.
I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the game on both mobile and PC, I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled battlenet, I’ve run multiple file scan and repairs, I’ve turned everything off and on again, I’ve made sure my phone and PC are fully updated along with drivers, I’ve checked my internet connection and it’s fine, I’ve logged in and out of my account multiple times, I’ve tried on multiple machines… and it’s always the same forever spinning middle bit.
Ive also done the apprentice whatever, or at least i probably did however many years ago i started in hearthstone. I assume it was done since i can buy arena tickets in the store, and from what ive gathered, ive also done the necessary things to activate it.
