On turn 9 i freez the enemy Portal Keepr with my Frozen Shadoweaver but nothing happened, next turn enemy could attack whit that minion.

Your opponent did indeed have Living Dragonbreath in play. You chose to freeze the other minion (Portal Keeper) with Forzen Shadowweaver’s Battlecry and then kill the Dragonbreath. If you had attacked the Dragonbreath first, your could have frozen the Portal Keeper.
