While playing Arena today, after clicking to start a new game, the Hearthstone application stopped functioning — it froze irreversibly. After closing and reopening the game, it resumed my session. Unfortunately, the gameplay resembled a slideshow, and I was unable to take any actions. Only my opponent was able to perform turns, and once their turn ended, mine would automatically end as well — I couldn’t click anything and could only observe.
Regrettably, after this match my Arena run ended with a score of 1-2, and there is nothing I can do now. I would like to emphasize that my computer significantly exceeds the recommended system requirements for the game.
