I was playing shaman in arena and drafted devolve. Devolve does not work correctly, it currently works as the card Revolve but only for enemies. I have lost one of my arena games because it doesn’t transform them into a minion one cost less, just random minions of the same cost.
Arena games have a limited card pool, so it’s possible there just weren’t any legal choices for minions at the reduced cost.
What enemy minions were on the board when you played devolve?
Could you point out which minino was devolved ?
They were one cost minions. I don’t remember which specifically were on board, but it happened in multiple games. Could it be that there are just no 0 cost minions in the pool?
yes if there are no legal minion to transform into in the targeted cost, it will roll for a minion of the same cost
