For the third time I am playing arena it happend. So I build my deck yesterday and today I cant play because one card was banned. I sucked it up 2 times but now I had enough. Please give me back my tickets…and fix this. How can a card get banned if I am playing it ? If you need screenshot i have those too…

Whenever cards are banned
If you retire, you get a refund
When you retired the first two runs, you should have received full ticket refunds, in addition to the normal rewards for however many wins you had.
Are you saying you did not receive the ticket refunds?
