As Killuminati pointed out, add-ons such as a deck tracker and one that can rate the cards by win percentage or some other score can be quite helpful if you play on a PC, but you just can’t pick only the cards that have the highest value in the add-on, because you to be mindful of your deck’s mana curve, card synergies, and developing deck type (Aggro, Control, Combo, etc.), and it’s win conditions.
Also, a lot can be learned from watching an expert doing some draft picks. I recommend watching Kolst on YouTube, since he does the best job of explaining his picks that I have ever seen a streamer do.
You definitely need to be aware of the big Arena problem of superdrafts, which is still very prevalent in Arena. Superdrafts occur when players draft a lot of decks only to retire bad decks without playing them until they get a very strong deck to play. Often this involves bot accounts that have accrued a lot of gold. Players who engage in this practice enjoy ROFL-stomping other players in Arena with their superdrafted decks.
If you enjoy the draft style of Arena, then I recommend using you account to play on all three servers, because completing the quests on multiple servers will get you more gold to buy runs with as you struggle to learn how to become a infinite player: a player who can average at least 7 wins per draft to earn enough gold rewards per draft to cover the cost of the next draft.

The advise for add ons is valid but it wont help you much if you dont know the reason why those cards have higher values.
My personal recommendation is to watch a popular streamer on Twitch (that knows what he is doing), play Arena.
I learned so much watching Kripp play years ago, you get a sense of what works and what doesnt without having to spend your gold.
This days you can check out Zeddy, his personality isnt the best but he is an amazing Arena player.

My honest advice would be to not play at all because Arena is the heart and soul of why most botters exist. People are botting standard and wild so they can feed the Arena Whale Streamers and those Arena Whale Streamers aren’t playing fair by using that system. That ultimately means they are essentially “cheating” because they get insane Arena decks and lowers your chance of ever getting a bunch of wins because you can’t compete.
But if you are adamant about playing, I would recommend using HSReplay or Firestone app. It will help you build a good deck with synergy and helps you get an understanding of what is currently good and what is currently bad so you have much better odds of getting more wins.

Wow. That is…highly unethical.
Thank you for letting me know!

They should bring back buckets and set it to 11 like when we had the Lich King Clown Fiesta where every deck drafted averaged 2-3 Lich Kings. If people are going to bot to draft god decks make it so that everyone gets god decks with every draft.
