Are you happy with Imbue?
Tell us why, because I am not.
Why don’t you tell us why you’re not?
It feels not balanced in arena matches, the imbue trigger should be set to max 2 times and bring it back to normal hero power imo.
Sounds like you got tilted by a highroller. Imbue is often mediocre even in Standard netdecks, so you have to highroll a little in the drafting to make it that easily powerful in Arena.
No, the Imbue Decks overall need a buff to the ones not working well.
However, the arena decks I hear are broken with Imbue. I’d probably ban the Imbue thing in Arena because if they are broken now, they will be more broken when they get buffed.
No I am honest and not tilted, I do like the idea of imbue. But it seems like OP in my opinion in arena matches. Ofcourse this is not always the case, but it is more then usual at this time.
They all seem really strong in wild, though. Buffing them would really cause havoc.
Hunter in particular with Rhino is a menace in wild.
ATM the hunter one is probably the strongest but that’s only because they have a charge minion that can be dropped for a boat load of damage multiple times.
With all respect.
Buff the entire thing and we deal with the outliers when they appear.
It is a better approach and people want to play the new stuff anyway.
I personally suggest imbued hero powers starting at 2 so they atleast look like a upgrade to your normal one.
No, not at all. The imbue for hunter does little to cause any offense for another class. It may make a card more powerful in my hand but I have to spend mana to do it and then spend mana to summon the card and can’t use it until the next turn. By that time, my opponent counters it and I wasted the mana/cards of the previous turn while they’re in an advantageous position over me. I wish hunter imbue would be changed to something else entirely.
Ehhh… there’s so many decks that need nerfed, I dunno if they should buff anything until those go through.
I don’t think any of the imbue decks really feel bad to play right now, just outclassed by other things. (Mostly egg Hunter and location lock)
Imbue Priest feels absolutely terrible to play. It’s hot garbage.
Well, I don’t agree, but I think I’m playing a very different variant than most people are.
Which isn’t great, but doesn’t feel like hot garbage.
Define happy. I’m happy that the decks arent good because they’d be one dimensional and boring to face…hero power decks are just mindless. On the other hand I’m glad evolve is back in some capacity as that is a mechanic I find fun. Mage getting arcane missiles is a nice flavor. The druid hero power is dull as dull can be. Paladin is kind of fun with evolving dragons. The priest imbue is sad because you can only play priest cards and who wants that?
In the end if I were to buff the mechanic I’d make the neutrals (the 2/3 and the 4/4) discount the next hero power by 1. I dont think such a thing would make a dent against the murmur ‘play 70 mana worth of stuff on turn 6’ decks or dying on turn 4 to hunter but it would go a long way in closing the ‘tempo gap’ of playing those cards.
I think in the end the imbue packages would be a lot more fun with better card sets… playing them with stuff like starcraft is like pairing two rotten fruits together and pretending its still sweet.
Spend what? You make the Plush cost 0-2 and have 15+ attack then bounce it back and do it all over. You clearly aren’t playing the deck correctly because it’s an OTK deck.
I have no idea what you are talking about. It’s LITERALLY one of the absolute worst deck in the measured meta. It has a worse win rate than playing a Random Whizbang deck. That’s REALLY saying something.
Priest have playable decks in the meta but none of them are using Imbue. It’s just a horrible mechanic.
Well, the lists I’m seeing are really, really bad.
Like way too greedy for where the meta is at.
I think we have to wait untill the next patch
Imbue paladin feels strange to play. Its like as soon as i’m thinning my deck and starting to play big dragons my board is already almost full because its the late game and many get wasted. Wish they were 0 cost and went to your hand instead so that they didn’t burn up when the board is full.
I think if the power level ever comes down these decks could be strong or even annoying to play against as they offer a lot of value.
I’m already playing a paladin that also plays the new 7 mana spell with Ursol and its a lot of value. I’m not sure I want to face that deck if the other deck are coming down in power level.
Also druid is scary. Basically a built in kiljaden with all the upsides.
The only thing is just the other stuff especially the StarCraft stuff is stronger.
