Guys I’m climbing in diamond currently, and I’ve faced about 5ish mech rogues, and they don’t even mechanize properly. These are bots, right?

Yes these are bots, personally I feel the most annoying version are the mech rogue bots. I honestly believe these are blizz bots despite what has been proclaimed. I only ever run into this version when I get to Diamond 5 which makes me think it’s hard coded.
I’ve never seen them (Rogue Bots) on the climb to D5.
Maybe because it’s a legit tier 3 deck, and other bot decks are classic vanilla drops you get for free so it wins over them?
You seeing them at D5 is actually what you should expect.
At D5, you stop getting awarded bonus stars or streaks (unless you were high legend, which bots are not).
Thus, if you put up a bot and it can win somewhere around 40% of the time, it will reach D5 really fast, especially if you’re running the bot 24/7.
You should expect almost every single bot to eventually just be in the D5-D1 area before long with some of them hitting legend.
This is almost certainly why people run into bots a lot at D5 and specifically at D5.

it might even go beyond d5. There was a live video of Kibler facing a mech rogue.

oh, I’m sure several of them get higher ranking. If the deck is good, it can reach high legend easily by volume of games alone. I know it happens all the time in Wild because Pirate Rogue and Even Shaman are simple-minded yet powerful decks.
I am not familiar enough with the standard bots. But Mech Rogue would definitely fit the bill. Mindless aggro with powerful synergy is all a bot needs.

It’s a deck that can high roll wins more than the other bot decks so it’s going to be higher.
There’s bots at legend. It’s been posted about here before, and I make it a point to remind people there’s no end to the botting.
So telling people to “git gud” is a waste of time, because bots are everywhere.
But the company would rather ban real people than address the botting problem.
real people can break rules too like the ones who cheated on duels not long ago

They’re super easy to spot. Their names are always a color and then a creature. I report about 20 a day but they just keep popping up
