Hi, I’ve seen others post about this, but the apprentice track is not progressing for me at all. I am currently unable to make any progress.
I have tried closing and reopening the application
Using the scan and repair feature
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
Switching to a different device (IOS)
Creating a new battle.net account
Nothing I have tried has worked and being locked out of the rest of the game makes it a waste of time.
same its been like that for me too. once perday i can level up to the next level but then it stops working again.
I attempted the same solution on both my phone and PC, but it didn’t resolve the issue.
They are working on a fix for this bug:
wow this has been a problem for more than a week, what is happening. I have tried making multiple new accounts and still it broke. I just wanted to come back to the game after a couple of years off as i heard the apprentice track was good but i see hearthstone still does not care about new players at all and is still a broken game
