Apprentice progress stuck

I’m level 9 and now I’m not gaining XP or hero levels. Also unable to complete challenges/quests.

[Added 8/30] [Progression] Speaking of issues with apprenticeships, the team is investigating reports that some players are unable to progress the apprentice track.

They are working on it.
