Just restarted after the longest time not playing the game; from what I understand I was supposed to receive an emerald ysera card as part of my apprentice rewards, but I havent (for clarity, I’m already level 24 and completed the starting bit of apprentice). I’m not sure how to fix this, or if theres anything I can even do.
Ysera is not part of the apprentice track. This is a card that is given to every player that logs in starting from February 18.
I don’t know anything about the apprentice track since it was created after I started the game but maybe you need to complete it first in order to recieve cards like these?
In that case, it’s strange that I haven’t received it yet. Obviously I’ve logged in, but haven’t received it somehow. I did complete the apprentice track and am able to play ranked, so I still find it strange.
Maybe I’ll get it later?
You don’t see the card if you go into your collection and select the Emerald Dream tab with the button on the bottom left?

I have regular Ysera, but not the emerald one.
