What’s new people? Mini-set launched today, yolo’d 2,000 gold pieces on it for the cards. (I wanted it to help get me closer to the Candy Coin of all things lawls).
Any who, saw the Hunter Legendary was a spin on the old Project 9 which was fun back in the days. And was wondering do you guys think playing some secret hunter could be powerful in standard? What about fun level?
Back in the OLD days people said to beat secret hunter, all you had to do was not trigger the secrets… Hunter’s got some good cards in standard. People blow the class off, and yes it did get nerfed but I don’t think I would have played Saddle Up! In a secret list anyway.
Anyone else a fan, or played the concept today with the new cards what’s your opinion on it?
I got a Rogue list I really enjoy. Warlock is doing more than fine, and still got a Warrior Excavate deck kicking. Secret Hunter maybe next to roster?
Haven’t tried it myself yet but it looks like it could be pretty good. I’ve always enjoyed secret hunter, and the miniset support looks like it could help push the deck to relevance. Definitely on my list to try soon as well
I would change some cards, but I also think this is the right approach. I like the attack buff version with Hounds as well. Very fun to play. Can share my list in a bit.
Fun to play? I just fought one who copied this chainsaw thing exactly and he’s got 5 secrets up at once and waiting wow so fun!
Is there anyway to counter this spam? I fed the secrets low tier beasts and coin spells but my face was beaten enough that rat trap (that was a new one) killed me
