That don’t exists unfortunately.
Any version will be completely stomped like nothing for any insanely overpowered aggro deck many classes have now, even the not great pirate rogue is miles better than any thief rogue, you can abandon any hope of a decent deck for rogue without the pirate one until something change, a bunch a nerfs or buffs or new cards.
Deathrattle rogue feels like the old freeze shaman, a terrible slow archetype just making a lot of awful cards cripping the class entirely.
Wait for the nerfs and then we will see…
This is from Ecore100. Not sure how effective it’ll be at this very early stage of the meta, but give it a shot.
I’ve been trying to get it to work, but it’s just overwhelmed with all the aggro or just out right broken stuff they printed that’s more consistent.
Shame I was actually excited to play my favorite archetype again.
It’s going to be another rough rotation with the power level set this high on the first release.

Not pure thief deck but goal is to spam colossuses because I love big beast.
Trick is, Start by pirates. They have enough power to survive early game and from turn 6, call colossuses to finish the job.
I don’t know if it’s necessarily a good deck, but it’s fun and the best version of burgle I’ve come up with so far

The remaining thief cards work well with pirates. Like pirates come to be a new age of thief deck.
I can’t find any Thief Rogue decks with a winrate higher than 40%. I’d consider reverting previous nerfs, but that might inadvertently make Poison Rogue better. No one wants to see that.
its not about nerfs enemys but CRAP Overcosted cards rogue has, with crap effects and low synergies/no-combos/low-draw
All Thief Rogue decks (and everything except Aggro Pirate) is unfortunatly to slow. We’re just stuck with a much worse version of Quest Warrior for now, which is terrible to climb with compared to Quest Warrior.
True… While Mech/Pirates have strong synergy in draw/discover/dredge effects without losing tempo or paying extra, Thief is paying 1 extra mana for every single card.
Swashburglar should be 1/2 or 2/1 at least, Tooth of nefarian 2 mana, hench clan 3 mana or 5/4…
Also Rogue needs draw, passage or swindle needs to enter the core set for Rogue. Paying 1 for 1 isn’t good enough.
Not passage. That was just allowing those ultraefficient decks.
Passage was a complete BS card restricting your deck to consist of “crap.to get rid of when passage is played” and made discovers, draws and other cards adding to hand too efficient. So no.
This seems like extremely expensive deck and yet I somehow have all 10 legendaries in it and even considering adding maestra…
I’ve been experimenting with a highlander Reno thief deck, but it suffers from the lack of burgle cards currently. You really need to double up on them at the moment.
I couldn’t find many cards to make the 5 mana spell or tess worth it.
Without shadowstep you basically have 3 cards that gives you opponent cards (not counting legendary and the lobotomizer).
The moment you put hooktusk in the deck, you start optimizing it for playing pirate and you cut out the burgle package; then there is step 2: you remove hooktusk and build an aggro pirate.
Step 3 is when you realize you wanted to okay burgle rogue, you look at your collection and you realize why it didn’t work.

Same situation for me… I created it day 1, tried couple of games and figured it will not work. Decided to wait for somebody to create something. Finding out nobody has anything, that is working decently so far.
Shame, I hope miniset focuses that way, I want to play it so badly, but I cant, because it is just way too bad and too little meme-y to try to play it.
Shame they are pushing at the same time burgle, pirate, deathrattle, questline and poison.
i cant understand what theyr thinking, while giving Rogues some deathrattle spells and 1 minion to duplicate with rush + the mine mech in last expasions while he still needs DAMN OWN RATTLE MINIONS cuz its totally unfinished meme, and already the Infiltrator Lillian + akama rotates out LOL
Poison/Weapon = dead totally due to ultra CRAP card draws and losing Cloak
Burgle = loses due to slow-down losing card draw again, losing cheap combo-mana cheating and good mage discovers from wand thief
already rogue have Pirates/Burgle which are both not too good and lacks in synergies/draws/overcosted spells & minions/lack of combos/mana lowering costs
PS: u can Try the Mech-Rogue its funn and can win some games like the pirates heh
im tried a meme “boomb” build today with rattle, but its very combo card dependant and if the enemy keeps healing/armor wer lose…
