Another loss due to endless turn glitch

Just lost a game with lethal on board and in hand against an opponent with no cards in hand. Thanks to this hovering card endless turn glitch.

Makes me not want to play this game anymore, I’ve opened 100+ packs from each expansion, and this kind of stuff makes me never want to spend another dollar on hearthstone.

When this happens, I should not be awarded a loss and lose stars. beyond frustrating.

Endless turn, Card Stuck Hovering, and Never Roping

This is in response to an issue that players see where it appears that the opposing player is holding up the game in some manner. Often it will appear that they are holding a card above the battlefield, purposely preventing the timer from starting. This is a disconnect issue. Aspects of games can connect on different levels, some features can still work while being disconnected from the game servers. When this happens, it means your internet had a disconnect.
Force-quit the game, restart, wait for the reconnect. That faster you act, the better the chance you’re back in before losing a turn.
