Annoying Game-Breaking Bug Archmage Rommath

Description:

  • Class: Mage
  • Deck Archetype: “Archmage Rommath” Combo
  • Bug Trigger:
    1. During the match, the player cast Mind Shatter (a Priest spell) and other non-deck spells (likely generated randomly).
    2. At 9 Mana, the player summoned Archmage Rommath (9-cost minion: “Battlecry: Recast all spells you’ve cast this game that didn’t start in your deck”).
    3. Bug Occurrence:
    • Rommath first recast Mind Shatter (which shuffles all minions into the opponent’s deck).
    • As a result, Archmage Rommath himself and all other minions were shuffled into the opponent’s deck.
    • Critical Bug: After this, all spells originally cast by the player were treated as if the OPPONENT had cast them, causing severe gameplay disruption (e.g., buffs/debuffs targeting the wrong side).

If a minion changes ownership during its battlecry, and that its battlecry has multiple steps, then the next steps will resolve for the benefit of the new owner
