The mobile version was working fine enough until the Battlegrounds update a few days back.
Now the game dwells on the splash screen (of the double doors before the title card pops up) for anywhere between 3 and 5 minutes. Before the update it was only a few seconds.
After the deck select on Hearthstone mode, the spinning wheel either
Kicks me to the main menu after a screen informing me that I was disconnected
Spins with the thumping sound indicating that an opponent has been found, but will not proceed past the wheel spinning at top speed.
Displays the playful sprites screen asking me to reboot the game.
I am getting booted roughly 90%+ of the time I attempt to play. Again, this started as of the last Battleground Update. This is happening at all times of the day; 5:00 AM CST, 2:00 PM CST, 3:00 AM CST, etc. This does not appear to be a server load/bandwidth issue.
The deck manager, store, ect have been working great. It appears your handshake protocol broke with last update. I understand that you are trying to get your PC language to interact with Android, and it was working better than average before.
After the BG update it is not possible to play Hearthstone on mobile.
Could I get confirmation that this bug report is being seen, and that there will be a resolution to this bug?

Addendum: I would rather not climb the corporate ladder in an attempt to get this resolved. I am confident that the shareholders are unaware that an entire market is being excluded by some twentysomethings who think it’s funny to cost the corporation money.
