Amazing Reno hero power - possible bug

Hello

I was playing as Mage and played the Amazing Reno. A few turns later, the random spell that Reno cast was Solar Eclipse, which says the next spell I cast this turn casts twice. I cast Power of Creation, got my two minions but it did not cast twice, only the one time. I feel like it should have cast a second time as a result of The Amazing Reno casting Solar Eclipse that turn.

Solar Eclipse only works if you are the one casting it, but in this case, it was Reno casting it.

That’s dumb.
Just because it’s a passive doesn’t mean there should be a distinction between ‘my hero’ and me as a player. How many other effects actually apply this way?

Any effect that casts spells, such as Batlecries of minions, spells and cast-on-draw effects.
