AI goes AFK resulting softlock

During solo adventures like Dungeon run, the ai did some weird things.
First, they tend to use their HP and spells on wrong targets(e.g. Destroying their own minions). This one is a minor issue and I don’t blame Devs for not optimizing every single effect to ai behavior.
BUT, the Second issue, where I have a strong board presence, especially with taunt or immune minion, the ai plays nothing and skips their turn. This results in a free win in most cases, but in some games when the ai boss have immune, like phase1 of the murloc boss in Tombs of Terror, the game is softlocked and cannot be resumed unless I clear my own board.
Ruining a 40+min. run like this is really frustrating and should never happen. Please improve ai behavior or just adjust some effects like immune heros to prevent softlock from happening.

Expanding on this…
Consistantly In Dalaran heist playing against Jepetto Joybuzz (and once against millie manastorm) they will often fail to play at all, sitting there indefinitely.
I think this is due to his hero power running into a weird minion but IDK.
Really frustrating to lose at the last boss to this.
