its called core rotation, your missing cards are wild cards now

you still have them, they are simply wild cards now, to be used freely in wild
unless you mean the core cards that rotated that you never owned to begin with, those are gone unless you craft them

The missing cards are ones that were on loan from Blizzard as part of the Core set. You did not own those. You did not open them from packs. You did not craft them.

The Core set is a large group of cards that Blizzard loans to everyone for free. They update the set every year, to add some cards and remove others, to keep it fresh and interesting.
You did not lose any cards that you owned.

If you played it in standard, it’s impossible that you played with the version you would have opened in a pack
Dargonbane has a wild version that can be found in packs, but it was not playable in standard. You were given access to that card fro free for a year in both formats thanks to the core set

You assume you received those cards through packs but you did not. They were part of the core set.
Did you not notice that you now have access to the legendaries Veranus in hunter, and Bullwark of Azzinoth in warrior, even though you never received them in card packs and never crafted them ? They are the core set replacements of the cards you indicated.

Have you tried to search it manually?
Since dragonbane was in the core set as a loan card, but you have also owned a copy of it, you might have been using the core copy by mistake.
The core copy is not available right now, so try to search in the wild section for your original copy. They are like 2 different cards, even though they are the same, so that might have caused the misunderstanding.
Read my first comment above. Switch to wild search or, choose the specific set that the card you are looking for belongs and inform me. Do it manually, go through your collection, dont write the name on the search bar.
So in short, after searching in the wild collection, every set separately, you are still unable to find a copy of any of the cards you are missing. In that case, you should write a ticket to blizzard, so that they examine the situation further. Best of luck.

So you’re saying that “much later” that it stopped being in the core set (so in the last 10 days), you got it from a wild expansion pack, and that it suddenly disappeared ?

As Derkan pointed out, this card is a reward from an adventure. It cannot come from packs.
Why do you say it came from a pack, when that is impossible?

but sneeds old shredder and chillmaw i had sure before they was part of the core set… next time i write a ticket if that happen again. i have so many cards that is not easy to have an overview…
If so, then they should still be in your collection, under their original expansion set.
