Oi,
As I was playing with A.F.Key and had nothing to do in first two rounds I was freezing and unfreezing creeps in the tavern.
After 4th freeze and unfreeze the button were no longer available to use 
I decided to give a try in the next round and its the same. Is it a feature or a bug 
?
