Achievement unlocked but not the reward (Diamond Loatheb)

I have unlocked the achievement “Soldiers of the Cold Dark” which rewards you with a Diamond Loatheb card.
But I have never received the reward in my collection. I only have the normal version of the card.
I would really like for this to be fixed as it is a card I want to use and I’ve used real-life money on the expansion.

EDIT: I was told by Game Master Crisaaciot to report the issue here as he could not fix it for me through the Blizzard Support.

Did you click on the achievement to claim the card?

Yes I did, the chest icon is open with a green check mark on it.

I don’t understand why they would tell you that.

This forum is for reporting gameplay bugs so they can be fixed in the future and will stop happening.

But fixing that bug isn’t going to restore your lost items.
