I have spent the entire evening trying to get this but it never seems to work. I have gotten both twice as many cards including the Plot twist as well as not including the plot twist. For example, 3 cards in hand of which one is Plot twist. I have managed to both get 4 cards in hand as well as 6 cards in hand after casting Plot twist and ending my turn but still no achievement.
