Achievement hunters, Lorekeeper Polkelt has a hidden agenda

I am chipping away at the newer achievements for the older expansions and, as most of you know, some require a pull of cards in a certain order to get quite a few done.
“Ras the Roof” requires to deal 10 damage at once with Ras Frostwhisper. I assume this isn’t total damage or else a simple spell damage with a few enemy minions would suffice (in hindsight I should prob double check). So to get him to deal 10 damage to everything I quest the Time Warp and throw in Mozaki (that one that gets +1 spell damage every time a spell is cast). To make it even easier, I put in Luna’s Pocket galaxy to make them cost 1 and to get the achievement in one swoop I put Lorekeeper Polkelt in so the cards are rearranged from highest to lowest.
Two games in I pull Lorekeeper… perfect. I’m 6 spells in for Time warp and have Ice block in play a ton of health and solid alibi to keep ice block from triggering after I play either Marin or the pocket Galaxy. Low and behold Pocket galaxy comes first. That should be all she wrote on this achievment, right? Wrong. Enter my issue.
Next card is Marin at a cost of 1. I take the draw 3 to get them at a cost of 0. Now, I thought I would of gotten the 2 minions that should of been next. Instead I drew 3 spells, which made me think that Marin’s text was wrong. maybe it should say add the other 3 cards and shuffle the deck. but the 3 cards and the cards that followed still were in descending order. In fact, even thought I couldn’t get to them, there weren’t many cards left, but I’d wager they were mixed in with other 1 cost cards a the bottom. Which means, that when I changed the value of the cards, the spot Lorekeeper put them in changed. So Lorekeeper just doesn’t put the cards from highest to lowest when he’s played, but makes it so you will draw the highest remaining card for the rest of the match. I wonder how a dredge would resolve? Now this is probably not the card’s intent. When this expansion came out, the mechanics we deal with now didn’t exist. Has anyone been able to verify this as an issue? If so then might want to add it to the bug forum. I just wanted to tell my story here in case other achievement hunters are going to be using some forgotten cards.

When Marin shuffles the other three treasures into your deck, he shuffles the deck, which means the entire deck is reordered. This is how all shuffle mechanics work

That was my original thought. but the 3 cards were Incanters Flow x2 and cone of cold. The next 3 spells of highest value. could be a coincidence that threw me into this thread.
