Account progress reset on new phone

My account is completely reset on my new phone. 0 gold, bronze 10, no saved decklists etc. I can use both devices on the same account at the same time and they act as if they were completely different accounts. The # number after my account name is the same on both devices

are you sure that you’re connected on the same server ?

Looks like you logged into a new region. If you change the region then you are basically starting a new game.
