Account linked to youtube correctly, not receiving packs

Good afternoon, I submitted this Ticket Number: EU77429848 as me and another friend did not receive the packs.

‘‘I am not receiving the Forged in the Barrens packs despite having the bnet and youtube accounts linked. I watched all weekend of GM last week (minimum 12 hours) yet I received nothing, this week 4+ hours, yet nothing again. Another friend who plays on phone received the packs and we did it at the same time watching the games together, instead a friend who plays on pc is having the same issue as me, no packs being given. We did everything correctly, the same exact thing. I connected the accounts prior to watching the GM streams as instructed. I thought the rewards would be given later on, but then other people received them so there clearly must be a problem’’

I did what support suggested but it didnt seem to solve anything. What I would like to know if this is a bug, as after following the instructions youtube said ‘‘connected’’ (I am 100% certain I linked it to the correct bnet account), however I just now checked my connections on my bnet account and while it said ‘‘connected’’ to facebook, it did not say ‘‘connected’’ to google. So why is youtube saying connected but then it doesn’t actually connect it? I had to do it manually afterwards. Could that be the issue? I am accessing youtube with my google account, and I don’t see ‘‘youtube account’’ in that section, there is only Apple, Facebook, Google, Xbox Live, Nintendo, Playstation Network.
