Returning player here… I must have accidentally skipped the apprentice league (I believe, as I am at Bronze III and have Wild unlocked and such), and now it feels like I am in a rough spot… I have about 400 dust, 600 gold, and not too many cards to craft a good deck for standard. The forum won’t let me include a link to my current collection, but here is a list of non-core cards that I have: 15 legendaries,16 epics, 75 rares, 171 commons, and 544 free cards. Almost all of my cards are “uncraftable” so I can’t disenchant them to make the decks I want. Maybe I am missing something here… Do I have enough cards to craft a good deck? I’ve been looking online at the “budget” decks and they still cost like 2500 dust to make which I do not have even close to that. I try to play standard with the cards I have, and I just get my butt whooped no matter which class I play. I have read quite a few threads on reddit, and the general consensus for a beginner is to climb through the apprentice ranks to get a bunch of packs so you can establish a good deck right away. Should I just create a new account and start over and climb the apprentice ranks on that? I am really only interested in playing Standard. Any advice?
