Fairly early in the rewards track for the battle pass is a Malygos skin for Battlegrounds - I have “claimed” it on the track, and all subsequent rewards up til level 14. Opening collections from the Battlegrounds page give me a notification for a new hero skin, but the Malygos one does not show up, even after paging through everything, and when I choose “show all” it shows as unlearned.
I have restarted the game entirely a few times. How do I get my Malygos skin?
(Edited to add - after going through my whole Collection book first tab, it still shows a notification for a new skin, even though I have clicked all the other new ones that are NOT Malygos.)
(Edit 2 - on accepting the tier 16 reward on the battle pass for Master Nguyen, his icon appeared in the place where Malygos’ alternate should be (nowhere near Master Nguyen’s actual page int the book - it appeared on page 2.)
