You want to know a fact then how about you go to the mode mercenaries then put mercenaries in two spots so they will gain free exp to level up to 22. The exp will be by the hour. This isn’t a cheat its a feature that was added.

If you are AFK and you have an autoclicker keeping the game up to get XP, then it’s a violation according to the TOS.
