With the new update ive noticed alot of elementals added for the mage, Do they not know what the shaman is about? elements. why did the shaman not get these elementals instead of mage this is madness. i dont think the devs think anything thru or know the difference between a mage and a shaman…
Mage is as much of an elemental class as shaman is, and shaman got elemental support also so I don’t know what you are on about.
Mage also uses Elementals? Since always.
Also, didn’t shaman get elementals?
Shaman is more about elementals then a mage is, and it looks to me that mage has the better elemental support.
That’s only you.
Mage doesn’t even have an elemental deck while shaman does.
no overflow surger, no tainted remenant, no unchained gladiator. sure the shaman shouldnt get the arcane elementals but should have more elemental support overall
That’s where you’re wrong, kiddo
Mage : Shaman :: Warlock : Demon Hunter
because mage is an elmental class too same as druid and hunter with beasts
So now we have Rogue Priest and Shaman Mage?
I’d argue shaman is THE elemental class given the strict connection to elementals in their lore. Mage is secondary of course but they tame elementals, not evoke upon them (that would make them shamans). Shamanism in the Warcraft universe is basically the same as how warlocks work in DnD – they’re entire power system is derived from external sources.
I’m kind of glad Shaman isn’t pigeonholed into another boring curve elemental deck as its only playable deck in the meta. Elemental shaman exists so just go play it. I’m sticking to Reno Shaman.
